Cristiano Ronaldo is making a comeback to Manchester United, his old club, after 12 years. The Official announcement came on August 27 when Man United confirmed their agreement with Juventus for the transfer of Cristiano Ronaldo. Since then, the fans have been waiting to see Ronaldo in Man United colours again. And the Manchester United manager- Ole Gunnar Solskjaer might just have given out the date of the next match of Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ronaldo first played for Manchester United from 2003-2009 and that was when he earned a name in the sport. He scored 118 goals in 292 games for Man United in his first stint. After that he was in a 9-year long association with Spain’s Real Madrid. He then represented Italy’s Juventus for three years. Now after 12 long years he’s returning to the club which initially gained him fame.
When will Cristiano Ronaldo play: Man United Next Match
We might soon see Ronaldo playing for Man United as he has been given an early exit from the national camp. Recently, in a match against Ireland, Ronaldo became the player to score the most number of goals. He scored two goals in the closing minutes of the game and increased his goals tally to 111. The Portugal side did win the match but Ronaldo was handled a 1-match suspension owing to his shirtless celebration. To celebrate his 2nd goal which came in the extra time, Ronaldo removed his shirt and the refree pulled out a yellow card for the Portuguese star, which led to the suspension.
The suspension led to Ronaldo getting a permission to leave the Portugal camp early. Hence, the circumstances worked out for Man United as they can have Ronaldo playing for them soon now. After completing his Medical for the club, Ronaldo has already participated in one of the Man United practice sessions on Tuesday.

Manchester United’s manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, has made it quite clear about Cristiano Ronaldo playing in the club’s next match. The Premier League is returning after a break on 11th of September with the first match between Manchester United & Newcastle. Hence Ronaldo will most probably making his second debut for the club on the 11th of September.
