India pulled off another victory against Sri Lanka as captain Rohit Sharma maintained his winning streak. Posing a tough competition to the hosts, Sri Lanka registered a 183-run total on the board but their bowlers failed to put on a good show as India won the game inside the 18th over with seven wickets.
Fans saw the Sri Lanka blitz in the death overs but their innings were moving nowhere in the early part of the match. However, the Islanders aimed to up the ante in the middle overs but lost two wickets in succession.
While the on-field players focused on sealing the series, the benched duo of Mohammed Siraj and Kuldeep Yadav shared a funny moment. The incident happened in the 10th over of the innings as Yuzvendra Chahal trapped batter Charith Asalanka in front of the stumps.
After the umpire adjudged Asalanka lbw, he immediately went for the review. The ball-tracking confirmed that the umpire was right in his decision.
Mohammed Siraj and Kuldeep, who had come for drinks, raised their index fingers, standing behind the umpire as the video of the incident went viral on social media.

India trumps Sri Lanka by seven wickets
Talking about the match, India gained a thumping victory over Sri Lanka. While the visitors put on an improved show with the bat, the bowlers carried on with their mediocre performance.
Pathum Nissanka and Dasun Shanaka scored 75 and 47 runs respectively and took their team to a respectable total of 183 runs. India lost early wickets but the middle order, comprising Shreyas Iyer, Sanju Samson and Ravindra Jadeja breezed towards the target and helped their side seal the series.
