Fans were in for a treat on Sunday as team India faced their arch-rivals Pakistan in their opening game of the Asia Cup 2022. The Dubai International Cricket Stadium witnessed the presence of quite a few celebrities who came to watch the blockbuster clash. One of these celebrities was Urvashi Rautela who was recently part of a controversy related to Rishabh Pant. As soon as the Bollywood actress was caught on camera, fans trolled Urvashi Rautela for her presence in a cricket match.

For the uninitiated, Rishabh Pant and Urvashi Rautela have a history and both of them were engaged in a cold war on social media recently. The actress had mentioned someone as RP and revealed that this particular person waited for hours just to meet her. The fans were sure that this person was none other than Rishabh Pant. The cricketer was definitely pissed and it turned out to be a mini social media war between the two and now fans trolled Urvashi Rautela as she was in the stadium for India vs Pakistan game.

The primary reason for the trolling is Urvashi’s Ask Me Anything session on Instagram which she held not very long ago. During the session, she said that she doesn’t watch cricket at all after a fan asked her about her favourite cricketer. However, the fans trolled Urvashi Rautela after she was spotted in perhaps one of the biggest games of the Asia Cup 2022 between India and Pakistan. The actress was seen cheering and hooting for the Indian team.
Interestingly, Rishabh Pant was not part of the Playing XI in the big game which gave another reason to the fans for trolling Urvashi. The fans were not shy to take jibes at the actress as they reminded her that she recently said that she doesn’t like cricket at all. In the year 2018, there were speculations that Rishabh Pant and Urvashi Rautela were dating each other, but the two parted ways on a sour note and till date don’t talk to each other.
