After a humiliating loss in the last edition of the T20 World Cup, team India took to the field to exact revenge on their arch-rivals. The Indian skipper Rohit Sharma opted to bowl first and the bowlers did a fantastic job by restricting Pakistan to a below-par total of just 148. The Pakistan bowlers came hard at the Indian batsmen and things got intense in the last five overs. As Jadeja was on strike, Virat Kohli’s reaction during the moment has now gone viral.
Virat Kohli’s reaction came in the 18th over of the match when Naseem Shah was bowling to a well-set Ravindra Jadeja. The fourth delivery of the over hit Jadeja on his back pad and there was a huge appeal by the Pakistani players to which the umpire acquiesced. The call was sent up by the batsman and to everyone’s relief, the ball was pitching outside leg and Jadeja escaped a close call after he used the DRS timely.

After Jadeja survived the call, it was a sight to watch Virat Kohli’s reaction who was caught on camera putting both his hands on his head and uttering the words, ‘Bach Gaye’. Ravindra Jadeja played a crucial knock of 35 runs for his team after he was promoted and sent at No.4. This inning played a pivotal role in India’s victory as at one point team India was struggling a bit.
Ravindra Jadeja along with Hardik Pandya made sure that team India crosses the finishing line. Though Jadeja fell on the first delivery of the last over, his inning had confirmed India’s win against Pakistan. Team India will play their next fixture against Hong Kong which will take place on 31st August in Dubai International Cricket Stadium.
