The most awaited test series between Australia and India is set to begin on the 9th of February. The first test will be played at Nagpur’s Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium. India and Australia will have 4 match test series which will be concluded on the 13th of March.

In the 2020-21 Border Gavaskar Trophy Australia bowled out India with a shambolic score of 36 runs in the first test match of the series. Virat Kohli and co were bundled out inside 22 overs of the 2nd innings and Australia won that game comfortably despite having a lead in the 1st innings.

Though the series result was completely different from that game as Rahane took over the charge of the team after the first game. Virat Kohli missed the rest of the series due to the birth of his first child. India won the series 2-1 at the end thanks to a gritty effort by Rishab Pant in the final test at the Gabba.
