On Monday, Karachi Kings claimed 6 wickets victory over Peshawar Zalmi in the ongoing fifth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL). The match was played at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi. Meanwhile, during the match, Karachi Kings fast bowler Mohammad Amir registered great bowling figures of 4-0-25-4 and hence awarded with Player of the Match for his beautiful spell.
During the 15th match of the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL) season, Mohammad Amir demolished Haider Ali’s off stump with a beautiful ball in the very first over of the match. It all happened on the 3rd ball of the opening over when Amir gets the ball out of the gap between the Haider’s bat and pad. Earlier, in the first ball of the over the Karachi Kings’ pace bowler dismissed Peshawar’s skipper Imad Wasim.

Earlier in the match, after winning the toss Karachi Kings opted to ball first at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi. Meanwhile, in the first innings, Peshawar Zalmi managed to score 151-8 at the end of the 20 overs. From Peshawar, Shoaib Malik was the top scorer as he scored 68 off 55 balls before getting out.
In the reply, Karachi Zalmi chased down the score in the first ball of the 18th over. Babar Azam’s 70 runs off 59 balls helped the team to chase 152 comfortably. Alex Hales also played a decent inning of 49 off just 27 balls. And hence Karachi Kings won the match by 6 wickets with remaining 11 balls. Mohammad Amir awarded with Player of the Match for his extraordinary spell.
