On Saturday, with the opening match between India Legends and West Indies Legends, the Road Safety World Series 2020 locked its horn. In the first match of the tournament, India legends lead by Sachin Tendulkar defeated the Lara’s West Indies Legends by 7 wickets at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. Amidst of all, it is Sachin Tendulkar’s high-class shot which made to headlines.

Former Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar had taken the retirement from International cricket around 7 years ago. But when Sachin came in to bat in the first match of the Road Safety World Series 2020, it never felt that the Sachin is playing after so long time. In the reply, India Legends comfortably chased down the score inside 19 overs. Virender Sehwag has played a beautiful knock of 74 off just 57 balls which includes 11 fours. Hence, Sachin lead India Legends won the match by 7 wickets with remaining of 10 balls. Virender Sehwag awarded with the ‘Player of the Match’ for his knock.
