Team India’s sensational batter Suryakumar Yadav is complimented with the tag of 360° player these days.

However, Suryakumar Yadav had said that there’s only one 360° player in the world to which AB de Villiers has come up with a great response.

AB de Villier’s heartwarming response to Suryakumar Yadav’s remark

A few days back, Suryakumar Yadav was asked in the post-match presentation about his comparison with AB de Villiers and the 360° player tag that he gets these days to which the aggressive batter said, “There is only one 360-degree player in the world, and I will try to play like him.”

The former Proteas captain de Villiers applauded Surya’s batting and has reacted to the comment made by Suryakumar.“You’re very quickly getting there dude, and even more! Well played today,” de Villiers tweeted on November 6.

Surya was definitely one of India’s trump cards going into the mega T20 World Cup and he has completely lived up to the expectations of the team management. He has already registered three half-centuries in the Super 12 stage and the team will rely on him in knockout games as well.

AB de Villiers applauded Suryakumar Yadav’s knock against Zimbabwe. Surya scored 61 runs off just 25 balls with the help of 6 fours and 4 sixes and took India to a massive total of 186 runs. Zimbabwe did bowl well against India’s top order but had no idea how to deal with Suryakumar Yadav’s 360° game.

This total was enough as India sealed a comfortable 71-run win against Zimbabwe as the bowling unit hunted in the pack. Arshdeep and Bhuvneshwar Kumar were good at the top while Ashwin, Hardik, and Shami regularly kept taking wickets as they bowled out Zimbabwe for mere 115 runs.

The Indian team will now face England in the semi-finals on Thursday at Adelaide. Considering Suryakumar Yadav’s form, Team India will hope for another stellar knock from him against the mighty English Team who are now looking for some touch as their batters have got some crucial runs in the last couple of games despite making a few mistakes here and there.
