Amit Mishra gives a savage reply

Pakistan’s win over Afghanistan in the last-over thriller on Wednesday eliminated India from the Asia Cup. After the defeat against Sri Lanka, India was dependent on Afghanistan’s win over Pakistan to keep their hopes alive, however, the result went in Pakistan’s favour. Cricket enthusiasts in India were backing the Afghanistan side to win the game and the former Indian spinner Amit Mishra as well went on to show his support to Afghanistan with a cheeky tweet. After Afghanistan’s loss, a Pakistani actress named Sehar Shinwari attempted to troll Mishra, however, the Indian spinner came up with a mouth-shutting reply.

Afghanistan almost pulled off an impossible-looking win against Pakistan but in the end, it was Pakistan who emerged victorious. The Mohammed Nabi-led side could only put 129 runs on board which was a seemingly low total. However, the Afghanistan bowlers kept their side in the match throughout the 20 overs. Tight spells from the spinners led to wickets at regular intervals and the Pakistan batters were well under pressure towards the end of the innings.

Pakistan needed 11 off the last over with just one wicket left. Fazalhaq Farooqi, who had bowled well till then, was to bowl the final over with Naseem Shah on strike. The Afghanistan bowler, under pressure, couldn’t execute his yorkers right and ended up bowling two back-to-back full tosses. Naseem Shah went on to hit both the deliveries for sixes and sealed the game for his side.

Amit Mishra shuts a Pakistani actress with his reply

While the game was tight enough for both sides, Amit Mishra had posted a cheeky tweet that said he would be eating Afghani Chaap the entire week if Afghanistan managed to win the match. With his tweet, it was clear that the spinner was hoping for the Indian side to stay alive in the competition.

Later, after Pakistan’s win over Afghanistan, a Pakistani actress Sehar Shinwari went on to reply to Mishra’s tweet in an attempt to troll him.

The veteran Indian spinner didn’t hold back for long and gave a savage reply to the actress. His mouth-shutting reply destroyed Sehar Shinwari’s attempt to troll him.
