Both the batsmen helped the Perth Scorchers to get to a big total of 185, which proved to be too good for the Melbourne Renegades. Munro’s inning comprised of 1 four and 5 sixes along with the reverse late cut he played for a single.

In the 15^th over of the inning, Munro tried to go for a switch hit but Peter Hatzoglou fired the delivery short which made the batsman change his shot. Munro cleverly ran the ball to short third man which made it look like a reverse late cut. Everyone watching the game was amused by the shot Colin Munro played.

The Scorchers won the match by a big margin of 96 runs as Renegades collapsed only at the paltry score of 89. The Scorchers are at the sixth position on the points table after their win, while the Renegades are at the bottom of the table with only one win to their name.
