Cricket Australia ranks CWC Jerseys of All Time, India’s orange kit gets 5th place

The list also included the jerseys of Canada, Netherlands and Kenya.

Ahead of the upcoming ICC ODI World Cup 2023, Cricket Australia ranked team jerseys from the tournament’s rich history over the years. Team India’s orange kit which they wore just once in the game against England in the 2019 ODI World Cup has got the fifth place in the list.

The list also included the jersey worn by the Men in Blue during the 2003 ODI World Cup. Australia’s 1999 kit got the top rank while Pakistan’s 1999 jersey got the second rank in the list declared by Cricket Australia.

Australia’s jersey had stars lining the sleeves and the collar and is one of the most loved kits in cricket history. Steve Waugh-led Aussie side clinched their second World Cup title in 1999.
