It is quite evident in the ongoing season of the Indian Premier League that Virat Kohli is really struggling to get amongst runs. The Indian batting great is just not able to make a mark with his bat for Royal Challenger Bangalore. While the former Indian captain is getting a lot of suggestions on how to cope up with the situation, KRK faces fans’ backlash for his below the belt comment on Anushka Sharma.

KRK faces fans’ backlash for his derogatory comment on Virat Kohli’s wife

Anushka Sharma has been a target of trolls many a times in the past as the trolls blamed her for Virat Kohli’s poor performance on the field. Such a cheap remark has come again for Anushka Sharma as KRK faces fans’ backlash for his derogatory comment on Twitter, blaming Anushka for Kohli’s poor- run in the 15th edition of the Indian Premier League. The fans were quick to give KRK the taste of his own medicine as they schooled him for his disgusting post.

KRK posted a rather distasteful Tweet, in which he targeted Anushka Sharma for Kohli’s bad form. He wrote, “Anushka is a bad luck for #Kohli. He can only get his form back, if he will divorce #Anushka. #RCBvsRR.” This was definitely a repulsive comment for which KRK faces fans’ backlash. The fans of both Anushka and Virat have responded to KRK’s tweet harshly and rightly so, the comment is facing severe backlash.

As for Virat Kohli, the right-handed batsman has not been in his usual best. While he has scored few half-centuries for the Indian team, a big score is yet to come for Kohli. The past two years have been really disappointing for Kohli and he will definitely look to get among runs before the ICC T20 World Cup. The Indian management will hope that their star batsman gets back to his usual form as soon as possible.
