Indian former cricketer Yuvraj Singh is likey to play in the Euro T20 Slam. Recently, all-rounder have announced the retirement from International cricket and also shows his interest to play cricket in the various Tournaments across the world.
Earlier, Yuvraj decide to play in Toronto Nationals T20 League and confirmed his participation. The second edition of the Canadian League is starting from July 25.
The news of Yuvraj’s participation in the League, Euro T20 Slam, passed from Dean Jones, member of tournament advisory committee.
Dean Jones said that many cricketers from India are announcing retirement from International cricket. Because of rules and regulation of Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
As BCCI has passed a strict policy to players, not to play cricket outside the country. And according to Australian former cricketer, Dean Jones, this policy is the main reason behind the retirement of Indian cricketers. Recently, Manpreet Gony, who played for India in two ODIs, retired from International cricket just to play in Toronto Nationals.
