Deepak Chahar outsmarts Indian batsmen

The Indian team has already arrived in RSA and they’ve been shedding some sweat in practice sessions. This alertness is very much needed as pitches in the hosting nation often assist bowlers. Especially the fast ones. That’s a total contrast to India’s home conditions.

In a latest video shared by Deepak Chahar on his Instagram- He can be seen bowling against Panchal and Saha. Deepak has generated most of his fame via his out and out swing bowling for CSK.

In the video shared by him, the 29 y/o can be seen floating the ball like magic. Every ball in the video swings- Some into the batsmen and others away from them. His fifth delivery- an out-swinger- beats veteran keeper Saha’s outside edge. Then in the following deliveries, he traps Priyank Panchal LBW. Twice in a row. Shared on December 22- the clip is captioned, “Red Ball is fun.”

Fans were left drooling over his rare ability to swing the ball both ways and didn’t shy away from heaping praise on Deepak.

“Deepak is India’s best swing bowler after Bhuvi.. and i’m sure he will give best performance when play test cricket,” a fan tweeted as he compared “Swing King” Bhuvneshwar Kumar with Chahar.
