The biggest showdown of cricket is all set to commence this time in Indian soil after 12 long years. The ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 will begin on the 5th of August with the game between last year’s finalists. Like always ICC has launched an anthem that features Yuzvendra Chahal’s wife. BCCI assigned the role of making the official anthem of the Cricket World Cup 2023 to Pritam and co to produce a song. Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh is the main lead actor of the Cricket World Cup 2023 theme song named ‘DIL JASHN BOLE’

Along with Ranveer, there are a lot of social media influencers and celebrities including Indian leg spinner Yuzvendra Chahal’s wife. The inclusion of Dhanashree Verma in the song has rolled many eyes. Netizens on the internet are looking towards the negative side of it.

The Dubai-born dancer has a small glimpse in the music video in which she is dancing along with Ranveer Singh. However, fans looked utterly disappointed with her involvement in the song as her husband is not featured in the particular tournament.

Many users pointed out the fact that she could have refused the proposal to perform just for the sake of her husband’s pride.

One of the Twitter users mocked Yuzvendra Chahal by tweeting ” Chalo koi toh nazar aaya Chahal family se” which means at least someone is making an appearance in the World Cup from the Chahal family.

Yuzvendra Chahal misses out on the Cricket World Cup 2023 squad

The 33-year-old leg spinner has been sidelined from the Indian team’s plan for the forthcoming World Cup. The BCCI has gone with his long-time bowling partner Kuldeep Yadav ahead of him considering his red-hot form.
