Frustrated Kieron Pollard mocks the umpire

It all happened in the 19th over of the TKR inning, when a certain wide ball was not given wide by the on-field umpire. Wahab Riaz bowled a delivery for which the batsman Tim Seifert had to reach. He couldn’t reach the ball and it should certainly have been called a wide, but it was not so. Both the batsmen were baffled by this decision and a frustrated Kieron Pollard started walking towards the 30-yard circle and stood near it as an indication of his disapproval.

Even the commentators supported Kieron Pollard in his protest and agreed that it should have been a definite wide. The fans on social media second the opinion of the West Indies all-rounder as well. This is not the first time Pollard has produced such a moment. It’s almost as if he has a knack for these types of moments. As for the match, Kieron Pollard led TKR to win the match by 27 runs and are in the third position on the points table.
