Elon Musk shook the entire world as he acquired Twitter and the microblogging site has now become a private entity of Musk. The right-handed batsman took to his Twitter account and made a post that received mixed reactions from the netizens.

A frustrated Shubman Gill asks Elon Musk to buy Swiggy

Shubman Gill has been providing his services for the new franchise Gujarat Titans, that is looking all set to enter the playoffs. While his team is doing pretty well, Gill has not been in his best and is playing just okay. The batsman is in news currently as a frustrated Shubman Gill asked the billionaire Elon Musk on Twitter to buy Swiggy so that they can deliver food on time.

A frustrated Shubman Gill posted a Tweet online as he wrote, “Elon musk, please buy swiggy so they can deliver on time. @elonmusk #swiggy.” The post by Gill has triggered a lot of netizens and the Tweet has been receiving plenty of comments. While some are in support of the GT batsman, others are just criticising the batsman. However, the parody account of Swiggy stole all the limelight with their brutal reply to Gill’s Tweet.

Replying to a frustrated Shubman Gill’s Tweet, Swiggy wrote, “We are still faster than your batting in T20.” This was definitely a below the belt dig by the Swiggy parody account. The Customer Care account then replied and assured Gill for a better service. As for the IPL 2022, Gill has only score 260 runs in 9 matches at an average of just 28.89, which doesn’t do justice to his potential. Though the team is nearing playoffs, the batsman needs to up his game.
