While Rohit’s scores were flashed on the screen Gautam Gambhir instantly started praising him. Gambhir said “Rohit’s change has been revolutionary because a selfless leader is one who asks his teammate to do what he does, so as a leader, if you want your team to play positive cricket one should do itself first.
The southpaw added “No PR or Marketing agency can get you a tag of leading from the front as a leader you need to play that way and Rohit Sharma has done it superbly in this tournament. Rohit Sharma Might not be the highest run-getter of the tournament but it doesn’t matter if India manages to lift the trophy on 19th November”
