‘Gavaskar is backing me as he has seen something in me’ – Ravi Bishnoi reacts after being missing out of India T20 WC Squad

The Indian young bowling sensation Ravi Bishnoi speaks on the statement of Sunil Gavaskar that he will be in the 15-man t20 squad for the t20 world cup which is to be held in Australia next month.

Lots of players are not get selected in the t20s squad for the world cup and lots of questions are raised on the selectors about some of the players. the Indian Team management defends their decisions but it is not digestible for the fans and lots of journalists.

Ravi Bishnoi on Sunil Gavaskar’s statement

The Indian leggie Ravi Bishnoi was seen talking with Youtube sports channel SportsTak and said what it means to hear from Sunil Gavaskar. “If he is backing me, then he must have seen something in me, and you get a lot of confidence from such greats who have ruled the world of cricket. It becomes meaningful.” Ravi Bishnoi said.

“Yes, IPL had given us this opportunity to share the dressing room with big stars. But sharing the Indian dressing room with the stars who you watched on TV, Ek Alag hi feeling thi (it was different).” He added.

The leg spinner is doing terrific with the bowl and deceived the batsman with his googlies and flippers. He bowls the ball quickly through the air and into the stumps and looks like a rare commodity like Afghanistan superstar Rashid khan, and can do far brilliant things as well in the future for India.

With his addition to the team is got more settled and wicket-taking in the middle overs gets improved.

In his last game against Pakistan, he displayed a marvelous bowling performance in his spell as he bowls one over in powerplay and on death and take the wicket of Pakistan skipper Babar Azam and just conceded 27 runs. If Arshdeep’s catch was taken then he just takes the away from Pakistan and brings India home with his magical variations.

Currently, he is in the traveling reserves for the t20 world cup team. He can only be in place in the team if somebody gets injured or is not able to play of any issues.
