The Road Safety World Series is back with its second season. The 2022 edition of the RSWS kicks off on the 10th of September at Kanpur. A total of eight teams will be competing against each other for a period of 22 days in the 23-match tournament. The first match will be held at the Kanpur where India Legends will be taking on South Africa Legends. Hence, here is the Pitch Report of the Green Park Stadium Kanpur along with its T20 Records.
The tournament will be held across four venues in India – Kanpur, Indore, Dehradun, and Raipur. Kanpur will be hosting the first 7 games after which Indore will be hosting the next 5. Further, Dehradun will be hosting 6 games and the tournament will then conclude at Raipur where the last 5 games, including the semi-finals and the final, will be played.
After a total of 18 league stage games, the semifinals will be played in Raipur on September 28 and 29, respectively. The final is scheduled to be played on the 1st of October, at the same venue.

Only one T20 international has been played at the Green Park stadium of Kanpur. The game was played back in 2017 between India and England where the visitors emerged victorious.

Green Park Kanpur Pitch Report for RSWS 2022
The pitch is expected to favour the batters throughout the match. The bowlers will have to toil hard in order to contain the batters. There would be minimal help for the pacers off the pitch in the initial overs. The spinners will find considerable assistance during the middle overs.

Anything around 160 would be a good total to defend at the Green Park Stadium. The pitch here gets better as the match progresses hence it would a better option to chase after winning the toss here.
