Harbhajan Singh trolls his former IPL teams CSK and MI by sharing hilarious meme

MI and CSK are the most successful teams in the cash-rich league.

Former Indian spin bowler Harbhajan Singh hilariously trolled IPL heavyweights Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings for their respective positions in the points table of IPL 2022. Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings are the most successful teams in the cash-rich league.

Their domination is as such that both teams have won nine of 14 IPL titles with the Rohit Sharma’s MI winning five titles in 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019 & 2020. On the other hand, CSK lifted the IPL title under the astute leadership of MS Dhoni in 2010, 2011, 2018 & 2021.

The fans of both teams have dubbed the rivalry between MI and CSK as the ‘El Clasico’ of IPL. El Clasico is the clash between Spanish football clubs Real Madrid and FC Barcelona. Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings have met four times in the IPL finals with the Rohit Sharma-led team getting the better of the Yellow Army three times.

However, nothing is going well with the top-tier franchises of IPL as both MI and CSK are yet to find a win in the IPL 2022. Both the teams have played three matches this season so far. The fans are very startled to see them losing their first three games.

CSK posted a low score of 131 in the IPL 2022 opener against KKR and despite scoring 210 against IPL debutants Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), the inexperienced bowling unit of CSK failed to defend the huge score. Ravindra Jadeja and his men lost to Punjab Kings (PBKS) by 54 runs despite Shivam Dube’s brisk half-century.

MI lost its first game to Delhi Capitals by five wickets followed by a 23-run defeat against Rajasthan Royals. Kolkata Knight Riders outsmarted Rohit Sharma and his men by five wickets in their recent meeting in Pune. MI and CSK currently occupy eighth and ninth positions in the points table with Sunrisers Hyderabad holding the bottom spot.
