The Master Blaster was the backbone of the Indian team when he played and has an eye for new talent in the sport. In his recent conversation with Boria Majumdar, Sachin Tendulkar gives high praise to Mohammad Siraj who has become a well-known name in the span of very little time.
Mohammad Siraj became the talk of the town with his brilliant show in his debut match against Australia in Melbourne. The fast bowler ran in with intensity and troubled the Aussie batsmen with his quick and accurate bowling. In his chat with Boria Majumdar, Sachin Tendulkar gives high praise to Siraj who always gives his best for his team and is never short of energy.

Siraj was spotted by the selectors after his wonderful display of bowling for Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League. Siraj made his debut in Tests against Australia on their soil, but it never seemed like the bowler was playing his first game. The way he bowled against the seasoned Aussie batmen earned him a lot of praise from all the quarters. And now Sachin Tendulkar gives hight praise to Siraj for the way he always comes at the batsman.
“There is spring in his legs and that is what I like to see. His run-up… you can see he is full of energy. And he is one of those bowlers… when you look at him, you cannot figure out whether it’s the first or the last over of the day. He is coming at you all the time. He is a proper fast bowler and his body language is so positive. That is what I like. He is a fast learner,” said Tendulkar while in conversation with Boria Majumdar on his show ‘Backstage with Boria’.

While Sachin Tendulkar gives high praise to Siraj, the bowler would definitely look to continue with his good form and perform for the team as much as possible. Mohammad Siraj has always been the captain’s bowler and has the same intensity whether it’s the first over or the last. Team India would like him to keep performing and do well for his team in the upcoming matches.
