‘I don’t know who calls them expert’ – Rohit Sharma reacts over Kapil Dev’s comments on Virat Kohli

Virat Kohli’s form has been the talk of the town for some time now. The batsman has been under great scrutiny after his poor run of performance and no century in almost three years. The Indian cricket legend Kapil Dev recently appeared on ABP News and talked about Kohli’s performance and his future. The veteran also went on to say that Kohli should be dropped from T20Is and now Rohit Sharma reacts over the comments of World-Cup winning captain.

Team India entered the field on Sunday against England with an intent to complete a clean-sweep but failed to do so. The Indian batsmen, barring Suryakumar Yadav, couldn’t replicate the performance of the first two games in the last game of the series. Virat Kohli once again failed to make a big score and Rohit Sharma reacts on the comments made by Kapil Dev on Kohli recently.

Surykumar Yadav shined with the bat in the last game as the batsman scored a scintillating century and almost won the game for India. It was a lone battle for Yadav as all the other batsmen fell cheaply but he held one end together. Kohli showed some spark of his batting but fell on just 11 runs but the Indian captain has backed the former captain as Rohit Sharma reacts to the calls for Kohli’s removal from the T20I squad.

Whatever is going on outside doesn’t really matter for the players and the team.

“He is watching the game from outside and does not know what is happening inside. We have our thought process. We build our team and behind this, there is a lot of thinking. We back the boys and give them opportunities. So, these things you do not get to know from outside.
