IND vs SA: Mohammed Siraj celebrates wicket in Cristiano Ranoldo’s trademark ‘Siuuu’ celebration

Mohammed Siraj removed Rassie van der Dussen from the middle and celebrated the wicket in style.

Rain washed out Day two of the ongoing Boxing Day Test between India and South Africa. However, Day three proved to be an enthralling one as both the teams had their moments. While South Africa managed to bowl out India at the score of 327, India came back in style, courtesy of a well-balanced effort from their pacers.

Starting with Jasprit Bumrah, India got the prized wicket of Dean Elgar in the first over of the innings. Mohammad Shami roared like a lion and got the better of Keegan Petersen and Aiden Markram early on in the second session of the day.

Mohammed Siraj added his name to the wickets tally as he removed Rassie van der Dussen from the middle. Bowling full at the outside-off channel, Siraj forced the batsman to play away from his body. Playing on the front-foot, Dussen edged the ball, which was easily caught by Ajinkya Rahane at gully.

After taking the wicket, Mohammed Siraj was seen celebrating in the same fashion as Cristiano Ronaldo. The star footballer is famous for his ‘Siuuu’ celebration. Revealing what ‘Siuuu’ means, Ronaldo once disclosed that the word is derived from a Spanish word Si, which translates to Yes in English.
