The final test match of the India vs South Africa series has got the final ending. Team India has whitewashed the series against South Africa for the very first time. South Africa has lost all the three matches with a very big margin, they have not even looked good in single session throughout the series. During the final Test match of the series, Indian spinner Shahbaz Nadeem took a bizarre caught and bowled wicket.

It all happened in the last ball of the 48th over when Ngidi’s attempt of hitting a ball down the ground saw him hitting it straight to non-striker Anrich Nortje. Given the timing on the ball, Nortje had no time whatsoever to move away from the direction of the ball. Meanwhile, the batsman on the other end got injured his hand.

After hitting on Nortje’s hand the ball ended up lobbing into the air and Shahbaz Nadeem took the catch. And with this catch South African second innings ended at the score of 132. And which results in a defeat with a very big margin of 202 runs and by an innings.

India vs South Africa: On 4th day, Shahbaz Nadeem took both wickets in 2nd over of the day. Thus, India won the match by an innings and 202 runs and whitewashed South Africa by 3-0. Currently, team India is standing tall at the ICC World Test Championship points table with 240 points after 5 wins in 5 matches.
