The 15th edition of the Indian Premier League has reached at a junction where the excitement level of the fans is sky-high. The playoffs are just around the corner and the final will take place on 29th May in Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad. The final match of the league is going to be a grand event as there will be an IPL 2022 Closing Ceremony which will take place just before the game. The ceremony is going to be a star-studded event and the fans are surely not going to miss it.

The preparations for the IPL 2022 Closing Ceremony have gone underway already and the line-up of performances has been decided. TCM Platform is going to conceptualise and execute the whole event. It is to note that the IPL closing ceremony is going to happen after 4 long years as it didn’t take place in the 4 previous seasons of the tournament. The ceremony will be held on 29th May and will start at 06:30 pm IST.

The BCCI has made a change in the timing of the final as it will start at 8 pm, which is half an hour late than the normal timing of the evening matches this year. The IPL 2022 Closing Ceremony will be a 50-minute affair which will include Ranveer Singh’s performance and AR Rahman’s tribute to the legacy of 75 years of cricket history. The sequence of Ranveer Singh will be choreographed by Shiamak Davar, and his gang will be joined by 300 folk dancers.

IPL 2022 Closing Ceremony is definitely going to enthral the audience with its rich cultural performances. As for the league, Gujarat Titans have made it to Qualifier 1 and Lucknow Super Giants have also reserved their berth in the playoffs. Rajasthan is also in the playoffs more or less and the real battle is between RCB and DC. If Delhi Capitals win their last game, they will be through owing to a healthier Net Run Rate than RCB.
