Media circulated the video of this interview relating the term ‘Mr. RP’ with Rishabh Pant. However, Rishabh did try to clear all such rumors and said he has no links with the former Miss Universe.

This tournament hasn’t been much productive for Rishabh Pant as he was warming the bench in the first four games as Team India preferred Dinesh Karthik for the wicketkeeper slot. Pant got his first opportunity against Zimbabwe but couldn’t perform and departed just after scoring 3 runs.

Team India will now face the mighty England team in the second semi-final at Adelaide Oval on November 10. The captain and coach might think a bit about the wicketkeeper slot before the game as they have to pick one from either Pant or Karthik.
