One of these 3 games was in fact an IND vs NZ fixture. It was held back in November 2021 and the hosts managed a comfortable 7-wicket win over the Kiwis back then.

JSCA International Stadium Ranchi Pitch Report for 1st IND vs NZ T20

The Pitch at the JSCA International Stadium Complex Ranchi provides great assistance to the batters. The batters tend to enjoy their time here as the ball comes nicely onto the bat at this venue. The pacers do not have much to rely on here. Apart from the initial movement with the new ball, the fast bowlers won’t find any help off the pitch at Ranchi. The spinners however will receive a significant amount of turn off the surface and would come into play as soon as the shine of the ball is gone. The overs of spin may hence prove to be a deciding factor here.

With the pitch at the JSCA Stadium being much of a batting-friendly surface, the side that wins the toss should look to bat first and put the scoreboard pressure on the opposition. Anything around 180 could prove to be a competitive total at this venue.
