Team News

Every thing has been smooth sailing for the Titans as they are currently on top of the table in their IPL debut. They have played 6 matches so far winning five of them and losing just one. The only loss came against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH).

However the team bounced back from the defeat and have won their last two matches. The team looks settled and balanced and skipper Hardik Pandya will most probably return for this game after sitting out due to injury against CSK.

KKR on the other hand is struggling after a good start to the season. They’ve lost their last three games and are currently seventh in the points table.

The Shreyas Iyer lead side will be desperate for a victory if they want to keep their hopes of finishing in the top 4 alive.

KOL vs GT Pitch Report

So far this season the DY Patil Stadium hasn’t been a high scoring venue. All the matches played so far have reached around the mark of 160-170 runs and the surface offers help to the seamers and spinners quiet a bit. In the last match played on the ground MI could only manage to score 150 runs so it is expected that there won’t be much of a difference in playing conditions.
