The veteran Indian cricketer Gautam Gambhir will captain India’s capitals in legends league cricket 2022.
The Indian cricket fraternity will take a nostalgic ride as the legends are gearing up to turn back the clock in the upcoming Legends League Cricket. It will eyewitness former cricketers like Gautam Gambhir, Virender Sehwag, Irfan Pathan, Harbhajan Singh, Chris Gayle, and many more to encourage and entertain the audience.
This edition of the league will feature four franchises- Bhilwara Kings, India Capitals, Manipal Tigers, and Gujarat Giants. The season kicks off on 16th September and the final will be played on 8th October.
Gautam Gambhir will captain the Indian Capital’s team this season. On a look at the Indian Capitals team, they have such an amazing captain Gautam Gambhir, former South African all-rounder Jacques Kallis, kiwis batter Ross Taylor and many more exciting and talented players as well.
Recently, the universe boss Chris Gayle also joined Gujrat titans and is likely to be played for the franchise. Gayle will have the bunch of connected teammates and West Indian batter Lendl Simmons alongside home-grown favourite Parthiv Patel.

The Gujrat team, led by Virender Sehwag, has former New Zealand skipper and left-arm spinner Daniel Vettori and Sri Lanka’s mystery Ajantha Mendis spearheading the spin department.
On analyzing the other two teams, Bhilwara Kings led by Irfan Pathan along with his brother Yusuf Pathan looks like a very strong team. They have well-known players like Monty Panesar, Naman Ojha, Sreesanth, and many more.
And last but not the least, the Manipal kings captained by terminator Harbhajan Singh have a decent bowling group as they have players like brett lee and Muttiah Muralitharan in the group.
