On Saturday, 1 May 2021, Mumbai Indian knocked down Chennai Super Kings by four wickets.  It was an honor to watch MI’s Kieron Pollard lashing out at the opposite team like a star on behalf of his whole franchise. He single-handedly took Mumbai Indians to greater heights by bringing his team on the track. As usual, the trollers got a chance to pull off some ‘Ambani’ memes after a nail-biting Mumbai Indians win. However, Mitchell McCleneghan gave it back to some of the trollers.

Amidst the IPL 2021, there is a bundle of wars going on social media. Twitter is all occupied by the tweets picking up fights between the supporters and the critics. Michell McClenaghan is a former player of Mumbai Indians. He had been a part of the franchise since 2015 but unfortunately, he didn’t make it to the 2021 edition of the Indian Premier League.

But he’s all heart dedicated to his former team Mumbai Indians.  If any Twitterati speaks ill of his former team, he bashes out almost everybody as much as he can. He has been seen jabbing on haters so far.

Twitterati credit Ambani for Mumbai Indians win, Mitchell reacts

After yesterday’s match, a Twitter user tried to slam Mumbai Indians by pointing out their relations with the umpire. His tweet quoted as saying that MI’s matches are fixed and they have umpires’ back. McClenaghan took a jibe on him and replied “Who do you support? One of the other less successful franchises?”

Some other Twitter users tried to defame the victory by quoting that owner Mukesh Ambani’s money won the game for the franchise. McCleneghan had enough time to hush some of the trollers who credit money of Ambani for Mumbai Indians’ success.

MI achieved the second-highest run chase in the history of the Indian Premier League. Hardik Pandya had a lot to say post match about the outstanding performance of Kieron Pollard. He said he felt lucky to watch him doing something this miraculous.

On the other side, Mahendra Singh Dhoni was quite disappointed as he believed they were off target. He had a realization where they failed and took this loss in a positive way to perform better in the next game. According to him, the wicket was easy to hit but it didn’t happen due to the lack of execution.
