Mushfiqur Rahim Reveals The Reason Behind Not Touring Pakistan

Touring and playing in Pakistan has become a challenge for the players. Last year, Pakistan had invited Sri Lanka to play an ODI and T20I series but half of the Sri Lankan squad refused to tour the nation due to security concerns. Still, the tour went ahead as per plan as Sri Lanka sent a less experienced side to Pakistan.

In December 2019, Sri Lanka again visited Pakistan for a 2-match test series. Sri Lankan team was provided with presidential level security in both tours. Now, After Sri Lanka, Bangladesh team is set to tour Pakistan for 3 T20I series starting 24 January and after which both teams will play a test match. However, security concerns are still an issue ahead of the tour
