The U19 Cricket World Cup 2024 will kick off today in South Africa. A total of 16 teams are participating, with India being the defending champion. The Afghanistan Cricket team is considered as one of the best in the tournament. The young generation of the Afghanistan team can give tough competition to their opponents. The squad includes two players who share genes with Afghanistan cricket legends: Usman Khan, Rashid Khan’s nephew, and Hassan Eisakhil, Mohammad Nabi’s son

Both of them fall under the category of opening batters in the Afghanistan squad for the U19 World Cup 2024. Both are already gaining attention even before the tournament has started and now hopes are high for them. Hassan Eisakhil was only 3 years old when his father Nabi debuted for the Afghanistan team. On the other hand, Rashid is just 7 years older than his nephew Usman.
