Australia and Pakistan will first square off in a three-match Test series, starting from March 4 which will be followed by three ODIs and a T20I. The matches are distributed between three venues- Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, Rawalpindi, National Stadium, Karachi and Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore.

Pakistan last played an international series at home, involving three T20Is against the West Indies. The Babar Azam-led side whitewashed the Caribbean outfit in that series.

On the other hand, Australia is also coming well prepared for the tour and boasts of in-form players. The Kangaroos defeated Sri Lanka 4-1 in a five-match T20 series and will head to Pakistan with a major boost in their confidence.
