He suffered injuries to his head, back, and leg and is currently out of the danger. If reports are to be believed, before the car caught fire, Rishabh Pant broke the window and jumped out in time. Despite injuries, he managed to call the ambulance before some locals arrived at the spot to help him.

He was immediately taken to the nearby Hospital and later shifted to Max Hospital in Dehradun. “Rishabh Pant suffered two lacerations on his forehead. He has a ligament injury on his knee. MRI will determine extent. He was stable and conscious. Back injuries are not burn injuries. It is because he fell while jumping out of car”, Dr. S Nagar who is treating Pant said.

A report from OpIndia says that some men were present near the accident spot and instead of helping Rishabh Pant they took the money out from his bag and ran away. Pant was unable to get out of the car due to injuries and in the meantime, they showed inhuman behaviour.
