The fans have witnessed his funny side on the field many times and they love the way Pant goes about his business; be it behind the stumps or while batting. The same was witnessed by the fans as the second qualifier saw Rishabh Pant in a comical mood.

The second Qualifier of the Indian Premier League is live now and the fans are enjoying the contest between Delhi Capitals and Kolkata Knight Riders. Both the teams would be raring to overshadow their competitor in order to enter the prestigious final against Chennai Super Kings. Even amidst all the tension and pressure, the match saw Rishabh Pant in a comical mood as he pulled a prank on umpire Anil Chaudhary.

Ahead of the game, Umpire Anil Chaudhary was holding a box of balls as Ashwin was checking them. Rishabh Pant came from behind the umpire and tickled him on the right side of his waist. The umpire looked back, however, Pant was quick to come on his left leaving Anil Chaudhary amazed as to who touched him. Later on, Pant told the umpire that it was he who touched him. The umpire laughed as the viewers witnessed Rishabh Pant in a comical mood.

Delhi Capitals looked to start their inning well, however, after Prithvi Shaw’s wicket in the 5th over, their inning didn’t really get going. The batsmen struggled to middle the ball and could ultimately score only 135 in their quota of 20 overs. In reply, KKR got off to a flyer and at the time of writing this article, they are way ahead in the game with 61 runs on the board in just 8 overs without losing a wicket.
