Sania Mirza Reacts After Mitchell Starc Attended Women’s WC Final For Wife: On Sunday, Australian women team after defeating Indian women team at Melbourne Cricket Stadium in Melbourne clinched their fifth t20 world cup title. While the fans were busy in supporting their nation a special fan for Alyssa Healy attended the game in the stands. Actually, her husband Mitchell Starc, the Australian men’s team speedster fly all over from South Africa to support her wife in the world cup final.

Starc was playing in the three-match ODI series for Australia against South Africa in the rainbow nation. He had been in great form. He picked three wickets in two matches, though Australia lost both the matches and the series. Hence when he asked for leaving the tournament mid-way to support his wife in the World Cup Final, the permission granted.

Mitchell Starc travelled all over from South Africa to Melbourne Cricket Ground to support his wife in the ICC World Cup Final 2020. His journey of 10,000 km was worthwhile, as Alyssa Healy played a brilliant knock of  75 in the final match and helped the team in clinching the trophy for the fifth time. She along with Beth Mooney added 115 runs for the first wicket. 

Mitchell Starc after leaving the South Africa tour mid-way had already proved that how much he was excited to support his wife in the final match. On the other hand, Alyssa Healy also keeps the value of her husband’s feelings and played a brilliant knock in the final match of ICC Women T20 World Cup 2020. Not only this but also she awarded with ‘Player of the Match’ for her knock of 75 off just 30 balls.

Indian tennis star, who is also the wife of Pakistan Cricketer Shoaib Malik, Sania Mirza reacted to Mitchell Starc’s travelling all over from South Africa to support her wife in the final match. She found it extremely adorable and called it a goal of couple. However, she also mentioned that if this same happened in sub-continent then, in that case, he will be called a slave of his wife.

“Sure thing !! God forbid it would be a guy from the subcontinent, the guy would be called a ‘joru ka ghulaam’ in one second ? good on you Mitchell ?? couple goals for sure!! #beentheredonethat ?,” she tweeted.
