The other half of Team India pace bowler Jasprit Bumrah, Sanjana Ganesan was at the receiving end of a mean statement after she posted a photo of herself on Instagram on November 8.
Sanjana is one of the top-most television presenters from India and is a known face overseas too. She and Jasprit Bumrah tied the knot on March 15 back in 2021.

The 31-year-old presenter is on her assignment Down Under. Sanjana today was at the Adelaide Oval Stadium which will host the IND vs ENG semi-final of the 2022 T20 WC on 10 November.
She posted a shot of herself posing in the stands of the iconic stadium with shining sun and clear blue skies adding to the brilliant photo.
Nonetheless, a nobody a person didn’t happen to like the photo and dropped a hateful comment below it. The comment questioned Sanjana Ganesan on how she managed to marry Jasprit Bumrah despite not being beautiful enough for the cricketer.
“Ma’am itni khubsurat bhi nahi ho but Bumrah ko kaise pata liya”, read the disrespectful comment from Uwais Khan.
However, Sanjana Ganesan was not fazed by the comment. Instead, she borrowed a toe-crushing yorker from her husband’s arsenal and clean-bowled the hater with it.
“aur khud jo chappal jaisi shakal lekar ghoom rahe ho uska kya? (and what about the slipper of a face you are carrying around?)” read her comeback.
Many supporters went to the comment section of the post but didn’t find the comment they had come for. The annihilation from Sanjana Ganesan was so brutal that the person had to delete his comment to save his face.
Ganesan will be a part of the broadcast of the semi-finals as well as the final of the ongoing T20 WC 2022. Jasprit Bumrah, though, could not make it to the event as his back issues returned to haunt him at a critical time.
Bumrah was replaced in the 15-man squad with Mohammed Shami– who has filled the void sans problems.
