Sanjay Manjrekar may find himself in trouble after fresh comments on Ravindra Jadeja

Sanjay Manjrekar is one person who is popular for the controversies he gets himself into. The former Indian cricketer has been embroiled in controversies more often than not. His statements and remarks on certain players have gotten him into a tight spot many times. One of the most infamous controversies was when Sanjay Manjrekar called Jadeja a ‘bits and pieces’ player which irked the Indian all-rounder to a great extent.

The incident goes back to the 2019 World Cup when India lost a match against England. Sanjay Manjrekar came out in the public and expressed his displeasure tweeting the ‘bits and pieces’ statement on his Twitter account. Ravindra Jadeja was not one to be cowed down as he hit back at the commentator for his remarks against him. The cricket fans also thrashed Manjrekar for his inappropriate tweet against Jadeja.

It seems that the controversies are not going to leave Manjrekar anytime soon as he may have invited fresh trouble for himself. A Twitter user has disclosed Sanjay Manjrekar’s direct messages and they are not a good sight for the fans and Manjrekar alike. In one of the messages, Manjrekar has stated that Ravindra Jadeja doesn’t understand English, so he didn’t get the meaning of ‘bits and pieces.’

As for Jadeja, he is currently preparing himself for the World Test Championship Final which is scheduled to start from June 18 in Rosebowl, Southampton, England. Jadeja has become a vital cog in the Indian team setup after he improved his game with the bat. He has been one of the most important players to have played for India in the past few years.
