Mumbai Indians had one of their worst seasons of the Indian Premier League as the five-time champions totally looked off colour in the 15th edition of the tournament. As they were out of the race for playoffs pretty early, there were a lot of speculations that Arjun Tendulkar will make his debut for the franchise this year. However, it didn’t happen and Sara Tendulkar’s post after her brother didn’t get a single game has now gone viral.

Cricket pundits and the fans had anticipated a debut for Sachin Tendulkar’s son Arjun Tendulkar this year after he was bought by the franchise for INR 30 lakhs. It is to note that Arjun Tendulkar has been with the Mumbai Indians since 2021, but he didn’t play any game in the previous season either. The chances of him making a debut were quite high but it didn’t happen and Arjun’s sister Sara Tendulkar’s post on Instagram has become the talk of the town.

Sara Tendulkar’s post on her Insta handle came as a status where she posted a picture of Arjun on the boundary line while putting the song ‘Apna Time Ayega’ in the background. The encouraging status by Sara Tendulkar for her brother has gone viral now. Mumbai Indians played their last game against Delhi Capitals and they ended the league on a winning note.

Mumbai Indians with their win in the last game spoiled the party for Delhi Capitals as they were eliminated from the league after the loss. However, Royal Challengers Bangalore rejoiced in MI’s win as they went through to the playoffs. The first Qualifier on 24th May will see Gujarat Titans and Rajasthan Royals facing each other while Lucknow Super Giants and Royal Challengers Bangalore will lock horns in the eliminator.
