India kick-started their World Cup 2023 campaign with a six-wicket win over Australia in Chennai. Rohit Sharma and Co followed it up with an eight-wicket win over Afghanistan in Delhi.

On the other hand, Pakistan started their campaign with a win over the Netherlands in Hyderabad. The Green Shirts won the second game against Sri Lanka by 6 wickets. It is worth mentioning here that Pakistan scripted the highest-ever run-chase in the history of the ODI World Cup.
