Taj Hotels Find The Waiter Who Gave Special Advice To Sachin Tendulkar

Sachin Tendulkar had asked fans on social media to find a waiter who once gave him special advice. On Saturday, Sachin uploaded a video on his Twitter handle in which he recalled an old incident. Sachin told how a staffer at Taj Coromandel, Chennai figured out a flaw in his batting and helped him improve his batting.

How Waiter Helped Sachin Tendulkar

Sachin said, “A chance encounter can be memorable! I had met a staffer at Taj Coromandel, Chennai during a Test series with whom I had a discussion about my elbow guard, after which I redesigned it. I wonder where he is now & wish to catch up with him. Hey netizens, can you help me find him?”

Sachin revealed the whole incident in brief. He added, “In Chennai, it happened once in the hotel. When I asked for a coffee and a waiter came to my room and he said I wanted to discuss something with you on cricket is it okay if I discuss,”

Sachin further added, “I said, yes! You are the only person in the world who figured that out. You won’t believe that I actually came back to my room from the ground and carried my elbow guard and redesigned it: the correct size, the right amount of padding, where the straps should be and all that.”

Sachin said that the waiter was his huge fan and used to watch his clips rewinding 5-7 times to figure out the flaws. Before this too, Sachin had talked about the incident in 2017 during an event. Sachin wants to meet that person one more time. Now his wish is going to fulfil soon as the Taj hotel has found their staffer.

A day after Master Blaster asked netizens to help him find that person, Taj Hotels Chennai replied, “Thank you Mr Tendulkar for sharing your memorable encounter with our colleague during your stay in Chennai. We are proud of our associates who have imbibed the culture of Tajness. We have located him and would be delighted to connect the two of you for a meeting.”
