Moeen Ali was having a tough time in the middle on a spin-friendly wicket at the Chepauk Stadium. He had scored just 7 runs after facing 11 deliveries against the spin duo of Kuldeep Yadav and Axar Patel.
In the 10th over of CSK innings, Kuldeep Yadav bowled a tossed-up delivery outside the off stump and out of reach of the CSK batter. However, Moeen was looking to go for a big shot as he stepped out to loft the ball over the cover fielder but could only manage a thick outside edge.
The ball went flying towards the backward point fielder as Mitchell Marsh took a simple catch and Moeen had to take the long walk back to the pavilion. After the dismissal, Kuldeep Yadav raised his arms in triumph as he knew he had completed the revenge of IPL 2019 when he had conceded 26 runs against Moeen Ali in the RCB vs KKR game.
After Kuldeep Yadav completed his revenge against Moeen Ali, there were some amazing reactions by cricket fans on Twitter. “Kuldeep Yadav wins the battle this time against Moeen Ali,” wrote one of the users on Twitter.
