The former Indian team captain posted a humble request on his Instagram story where he asked his friends not to ask him for the match tickets. The ongoing World Cup 2023 is being played in India only where a huge number of fans are expected to gather especially on India’s matchday.

Virat Kohli took the opportunity to his friends and loved ones to not inbox him or request match passes for the World Cup games. The 36-year-old conveyed his message to his friends in a very cheeky way which made everyone on the internet laugh.

As we all know the captain of the side does get the extra match passes for the team members family and friends to enjoy the match from the stands. However, it seems like this time there is a shortage of match passes which has made the players obliged to give only limited passes to their family and friends.

Virat Kohli has even told his friends to enjoy the game from their homes in front of their television screens. It seems like the former Indian captain has been getting a lot of dm’s and phone calls regarding the match passes lately which has pissed him off.

Along with Virat Kohli his beloved wife Anushka Sharma also added a few words on her Instagram story.

The Kohli couple is one of the most talked about duo in town, whatever they do goes viral instantly on Social media platforms. Recently Virat Kohli posted a story on his Instagram account regarding the forthcoming World Cup 2023.

The latter pen down a note in which he said “As we approach the World Cup, I would humbly líke to let all my friends know to not request me for tickets at all through the tournament. Enjoy from your homes pls”

Virat Kohli’s witty statement was not enough so his wife Anushka added one more quote in which she is telling her friends not to approach her after Virat’s ignorance.

Anushka added “And let me just add… please don’t request me for help if your message gets unanswered. Thank you for your understanding.”

The celebrity couple are running out of match passes as most of the tickets of the Indian team’s matches are sold out.
