Virat Kohli’s poor run of form has continued in the first Christchurch test. The no.2 test batsman once again struggled against Tim Southee. The pacer dismissed the Indian skipper for the record 10th time in international. He has become the first bowler to give a send-off to the legendary Indian batsman 10 times. However, Virat Kohli took a review but it didn’t work in his favour.

Later, Cheteshwar Pujara and Hanuma Vihari put up an 81-run partnership but no other batsman showed any patience and the team was all-out at the score of 242. Kyle Jamieson picked his maiden five-wicket haul in his 2nd test of the career.
