New Zealand batter Colin Munro is in red-hot form in the ongoing Pakistan Super League. Munro came up with a hilarious reply to a Pakistan reporter after playing a fiery knock in the game between Islamabad United and Multan Sultans in PSL 2023 when he was asked about the difference between the two teams.

The left-handed batter scored a quick-fire 40 in just 21 deliveries including 4 fours and 3 sixes. After the game, Munro attended the post-match press conference where one of the reporters asked him about the difference between the two teams.
The reporter asked Munro, “What is the difference between the Islamabad team and the Multan team.” The New Zealand batter delivered an epic reply to the reporter’s question as he said,”We won, they lost.”
Colin Munro’s hilarious reply caused a laugh riot in the conference room as all the other Pakistan news reporters liked his sense of humor. The video of Munro’s reply has now gone viral on Twitter and Instagram as he left the journalist stunned.

Multan Sultans had posted a mammoth total of 205-5 as their openers Shan Masood and Mohammad Rizwan gave them a scintillating start. Masood went on to score 75 off just 50 deliveries including 12 boundaries. Tim David too chipped in with a quick-fire 60. Islamabad United’s skipper Shadab Khan and Mohammad Wasim Jr took a couple of wickets each.
Colin Munro provided the necessary momentum to Islamabad United’s innings in order to chase down the massive target. Skipper Shadab Khan too played a vital knock of 44 runs in just 25 deliveries including 3 fours and 3 sixes.
After Shadab and Munro, it was all-rounder Faheem Ashraf who took on the Multan bowlers and went on to score a half-century in just 26 deliveries including 2 maximums helping his team chase down the total on the second-last delivery of the 20th over as they won their sixth game in the PSL 2023. Faheem Ashraf was adjudged Player of the Match for his swashbuckling knock.
Islamabad United have now won 6 out of their 8 games and are placed on the second position in the PSL 2023 points table with 12 points. On the other hand, Multan Sultans have won 4 out of their 8 games and are placed on the third position in the points table with 8 points.
