WATCH- Kieron Pollard Turns Umpire's Decision From 'No' to 'Dead' Ball

West Indies all-rounder Kieron Pollard is one of the best entertainers ever had in cricket history. On Monday, West Indies played the third and final match of the ODI series against Afghanistan. The experienced Kieron Pollard was the captain of the Caribbean side for the series. Meanwhile, West Indies have won the first ODI series since 2014.

Pollard never misses any chance to entertain the world with his performance. But this time he did something which is extra-ordinary stuff for the fans. Actually, he forced umpire to change his decision from no ball to dead ball. During an over the West Indies skipper was about to deliver the ball though, the Umpire very loudly shouted ‘NO’. Pollard was quick to here the call in the nick of time and immediately retracted from releasing the ball.

Thereafter Umpire had to change the decision from No Ball to Dead Ball. Even the commentators remain stunned and laughed at the situation which was very funny to watch. Here we are sharing the video of the incident. 

Short Summary of the Match

After winning the toss West Indies invited Afghanistan to bat first at Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow. Meanwhile, Afghanistan had set up a target of 250 in front of West Indies batting line up. From Afghanistan, Asghar Afghan was the top scorer as he scored 86 off 85 balls. West Indies were looking to whitewash the series. And hence West Indies have chased down the score in 49th over with remaining five wickets in hand. From West Indies opener Shai Hope scored 109 runs off 145 balls which helped his team to whitewash the series. Meanwhile, this was the first ODI series win for the Caribbean Team since 2014. In the final match of the series Shai Hope awarded with Player of the match for his century.
