WATCH- Rashid Khan falls down hilariously while appealing in BBL 2019

Big Bash League (BBL) 2019 is at its apex stage and meanwhile teams are trying hard in order to get into the top five positions in the points table. On January 12, 33rd match of the ongoing ninth edition has been conducted between Adelaide Strikers and Melbourne Renegades at Adelaide Oval in Adelaide. Meanwhile, in the match, Adelaide Strikers defeated Melbourne Renegades with a huge margin of 63 runs.

During the second innings 0f the match, Adelaide Strikers spinner Rashid Khan was seen falling down hilariously while appealing against Melbourne Renegades batsman Beau Webster. It all happened on the first ball of the fifteenth over when Webster missed a flick against Rashid only to see the ball hitting his front pad right in front of the stumps.

The official twitter handle of the Adelaide Strikers team has shared the video of the incident. The video is looking funny to watch as the Afghan bowler hilariously made the appeal for the Leg Before Wicket. And then thereafter when the umpire gave the decision out he started the celebration with laying on the ground. Here we are attaching the video of the same at the below of this article.

Earlier in the match, after winning the toss Adelaide Strikers chose to bat first at Adelaide Oval in Adelaide. Meanwhile, in the first innings, they have scored 173 for 6 at the end of the 20 overs. From Adelaide Strikers Jonathan Wells was the top scorer, who scored 58 runs off 38 balls.

In the reply, Melbourne Renegades could manage to score only 110 before getting all-out inside 18 overs. From Renegades only Beau Webster looked comfortable as he was the only batsman to score 30+, he scored 49 runs off 33 balls. Hence Melbourne Renegades lost the match with a huge margin of 63 runs. Jonathan Wells awarded with ‘Player of the Match’ for his knock of 58 off 38 balls.
