Rohit Sharma had all the reasons to smile in the conference as he put up a great show on Wednesday.

The duo of KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma amassed record 140 runs for the first wicket, playing a crucial role in India’s victory. The bowlers were at their lethal best as they wrapped up the Afghanistan openers pretty quickly. The target of 211 was always going to be an uphill task for the Afghans and the Indian bowlers made it even more difficult for the team.
