The shocking incident took place in the 2nd over of the match when Haris Rauf was bowling to Mohammad Haris. The fifth delivery of the second over was banged in short by Rauf and the batsman tried to pull the ball but got a top-edge which went straight to Fawad Ahmed. Rauf was jubilant and slapped Kamran Ghulam while in celebratory mode. The video of the pacer has been shared on the internet and the fans are confused whether the slap was serious or just a friendly way of sharing happiness.

Earlier, Peshawar Zalmi won the toss and opted to bat. The match got pretty adventurous as both the teams were neck-in-neck. Chasing the target of 159, Lahore Qalandars were able to tie the match affecting the Super Over. Peshawar Zalmi held their nerves and emerged victorious. Both the teams have qualified for the semi-final stage and are all set to move a step closer to the trophy.
